A House Divided - A Prophetic Warning

On June 16, 1858 Abraham Lincoln was nominated as the Republican candidate to run against Stephen Douglas for the Illinois senate seat.
After his nomination he delivered his "House Divided Speech".
A Prophetic Warning!
Important Note: Jesus Said It First
Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand: (Mat 12:25)
Mr. President and Gentlemen of the Convention,
If we could first know where we are, and whither we are tending, we could then better judge what to do and how to do it.
We are now far into the fifth year since a policy was initiated with the avowed object and confident promise of putting an end to slavery agitation.
Under the operation of that policy that agitation has not only not ceased but has
constantly augmented.
In my opinion it will not cease until a crisis shall have been reached and passed.
"A house divided against itself cannot stand."
I believe this government cannot endure permanently half slave and half free.
I do not expect the Union to be dissolved I do not expect the house to fall but I do expect it will cease to be divided.
It will become all one thing or all the other.
Isaiah 22:5 - For it is a day of trouble, and of treading down, and of perplexity by the Lord GOD of hosts in the valley of vision, breaking down the walls and of crying to the mountains.
Mister Lincoln said in the opening of his speech that to better judge what to do we must FIRST know "where we are and what the true intent and meaning of what we are doing is".
Where we are is on the cusp of losing our Constitutional Republic and it is getting to the realization of Mr Lincolns observation that the end result will be one way or the other.
Our democratic form of government can't endure as a divided body and when the government falls anarchy follows. On one side, the party of slavery, the Democrats (as clearly proven by empirical historical evidence), on the other side the party whlch was formed to free the slaves, the Republican Party (now riddled with globalist RINO's).
AND ON THE OUTSIDE there are the American Citizens who are left to clean up the mess left behind by both!
My Question Here is: Do we REALLY KNOW where we are in history and what the true intent and meaning of what we are doing is?
Now albeit Lincolns speech was made quite sometime before the Civil War, the principal of unity, of non division, is timeless, and what the left has done over the course of history is to divide this nation by attacking the first foundation God created for mankind to build upon.
The Family Unit! (through too many means to mention here)
After that foundation fell the rest was easy because when you gain access to the core of anything, especially the mind of a young "impressionable" child you, then have access to the rest of that child, including his, her, or it's future!
(Pro 22:6) Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
My Answer Is: Yes and No!
The children of darkness, as Jesus said, "know not what they do".
The Children of the Light on the other hand see, hear, and understand.
They keep the words of their Lord sitting patiently as watchmen on the wall.
They cry out as prophets in the streets to those who are in darkness
for repentance, forgiveness, and loving their fellow man.
Blessed Be the Peacemakers for they shall be called the children of God.
(Matt 5:9)
What then, as disciples of Jesus, are we to do?
Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man for God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil. (Ecc 12:13-14)
